aenl—a duo composed of Anna Eyler and Nicolas Lapointe—has been exploring the points of contact and intersection between digital technologies and the natural world for over a decade. Their practice combines electronics, 3D animations, sculptures, and pop culture visuals to create interactive installations. They choose to approach technology from an intimate point of view: playing with notions of materiality versus virtuality in an almost spiritual or mystical way, and crafting contemplative journeys to question our connection to the digital realm.
