The ELEKTRA Biennial returns for its 8th edition with the theme “F(R)ICTION: art and games”, where video games are emerging as the medium of choice for a new generation of artists. These artists challenge the stereotype of the commercial video game as mere entertainment – often violent and sexist – and position the medium of today as fundamentally inclusive.
