Latent Spaces
Collective exhibition
Vallée Duhamel, Karoline Georges, Shiro Fujioka, SPIME.IM, Matt Zien, Above The Void, Kevin Dubeau
Latent Spaces brings together seven artists and collectives who explore the shifting boundaries of AI-generated video. This exhibition offers a journey where the image ceases to be a mere representation and becomes a transforming material — a reflection of the tensions between memory, imagination, and algorithmic computation.
Each work functions as a window into unstable worlds, where fiction merges with perception and the invisible emerges within the digital flow. These creations question not only the aesthetics unique to synthetic imagery but also the upheavals they bring to our relationship with time, reality, and narrative.
Bringing together seven distinct propositions, Latent Spaces highlights the diversity of approaches in AI-based generative video. From conceptual explorations to fragmented narratives, from mental landscapes to futuristic visions, each artist uses AI to push the boundaries of the moving image.
