Nathalie Lawhead (Alienmelon)

Nathalie Lawhead is a game designer, and experimental software developer, who's work invokes the iconography of early web design and computing. They have been creating interactive computer art since the late 90's, responsible for various pieces of net-art culminating in their current body of work. Most notable projects include Everything is Going to Be OK (a dark comedy interactive zine), and Tetrageddon Games (an online fever dream arcade of strange internet oddities). They are also known for creating experimental art software such as the Electric Zine Maker. They are passionate about the electronic world, cyberspace, broken systems, the profound poetry of computer glitches, error art, desktop pets, weird freeware, and the beautiful existential horror of our digital realm.
