Davey Wreden

Davey Werden, aka Hellocakebread, is a game designer and developer best known for his work on The Stanley Parable, considered a cult classic. After its release, Werden revealed that he suffered from an intense depression. This experience eventually inspired the creation of The Beginner’s Guide, a reflection on the pressure of suffocating expectations that followed the success of a work recognized with numerous Game of the Year awards.
