The seventh International Festival of Intangible Cultural Heritage will be held in Chengdu, in Sichuan province, from Oct 17 to 22, 2019.
Participants from over 100 countries will take part in various activities at the festival including forums, demonstrations of intangible cultural heritage and exhibitions.

ELEKTRA is an international festival of contemporary digital art presenting works and artists who combine art and new technologies. ELEKTRA has assisted, participated and energized, over a period of 20 years, the electronic and digital arts community, at a time of development of new technologies and their democratization in the daily lives of everyone.
