CALL FOR PROPOSALS

ELEKTRA has recently opened an exhibition gallery on the ground floor of the Complexe de Gaspé, 5445 avenue de Gaspé #104.

 

We are therefore launching a call for projects for contemporary digital art artists who wish to be able to exhibit one or more of their visual works in our space for 1 to 3 months.

 

The gallery offers professional technical assistance for the install and has high quality technical equipment. ELEKTRA also pays exhibition fees to the artists.

 

The selected projects will be part of the gallery's official program.

To submit a project, send the following information to claire@elektrafestival.ca :

 

  • A resume

  • A description of the project and your artistic approach (maximum 2000 words)

  • A tech-rider

  • Maximum 10 images of the project (and/or a video link)

 

The opening of the first exhibition will take place during the Rentrée de Gaspé, with a joint opening of all the galleries of the building scheduled for September 6, 2019.

 

The deadline for sending your projects is June 20, 2019.

Works with sound content may only be broadcasted with headphones.
