BIAN 2012 - APRIL 18 TO JUNE 13

The first edition of the International Digital Art Biennial (BIAN).

The International Digital Art Biennial – BIAN is the fulfillment of a wish to create a landmark event that would highlight both the effervescence of the digital arts locally, and the maturity they have attained internationally. The BIAN showcases, in particular, the installation and public arts aspects of the digital arts. France was the guest country of this first edition.

Exploring the theme PHENOMENA, the BIAN brings together works that reveal or question the ways in which digital Phenomena are perceived today, when they have often developed, as Arthur C. Clarke wrote, into something “indistinguishable from magic“.

The first edition of the International Digital Art Biennial :

- More than 30 000 visitors
